Construction is underway for Building 1 closest to the main entrance at the west end of the property and Building 3 on the left side of the shared driveway. We expect Building 1 to be completed mid-summer, 2022. Building 1 will contain the model and a second unit. Building 3 will be next with delivery anticipated on or about October 1, 2022.

Each unit will have central air conditioning and forced air heat. The heating units will be fired with propane. Each townhouse will have a propane tank buried near their respective unit, and billing will be individual for each unit. Stoves will be gas and dryer hookup will be electric. If desired, buyer can upgrade to gas hook-up for the dryer.

Units come with Petrous Rigid Core Plank floors in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. It's surprisingly hard to tell the difference between this plank flooring and hardwood, but if hardwood is preferred it's available for an additional cost.
