The builder is RI based, Bentley Companies. Bentley has constructed numerous mixed-Use developments and private residences. Most recently, Bently completed the Fairfield Commons in Somerset, MA. 111 room Fairfield Inn and Suites, retail out buildings with a commercial component.
The development team has designed and delivered many projects including North Farm in Bristol.
There will be water views from Buildings 2, 3 and 4. The buildings have been strategically placed to maximize the Sakonnet River views.
There is town water. There are 2 shared septic systems. Each one serves 4 townhomes. You can see them on the engineers' site plans here.
Each unit will have central air conditioning and forced air heat. The heating units are propane fired. Each townhouse building will have a propane tank buried nearby, and billing will be individual for each unit. Stoves will be gas and dryer hookup will be electric. If desired, buyer can upgrade to gas hook-up for the dryer.
